Terms of Service

Effective from 16 October 2026Version 1.0

Rules for using Velunta: account, workspaces and roles, liability, plans, complaints.

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

§1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using Velunta, provided electronically by Bajeczne Balony Oleh Serhiienko, NIP (tax ID) 6832090873, ul. Ciesielskiego 6, 31-589 Kraków, Polska, email: bajecznebalony.krk@gmail.com (the “Provider”).

Definitions:

  • Velunta / Service — a web app available at https://app.getvelunta.com and a mobile app for planning a business's work (orders, tasks, calendar, clients, purchases, deliveries, finances, attachments).
  • User — a person who has created an account in the Service.
  • Workspace — a shared data space of one business to which Users belong.
  • Owner — a User with full rights in a Workspace, including managing the team, exporting and deleting the Workspace.
  • Editor — a User who can add and change Workspace data.
  • View only — a User who can only view Workspace data.
  • Content — all data and files entered into the Service by Users.

§2. Scope of services

The Provider offers a tool for planning and running a business: recording orders and clients, planning tasks and deliveries, shopping lists, a calendar, basic financial summaries, attachment storage and teamwork.

The Service is intended mainly for businesses. It may be used by adults.

§3. Technical requirements

  • a device with internet access,
  • an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and browser storage (localStorage) enabled, or the Velunta mobile app,
  • an active email address.

§4. Account

Creating an account requires an email address, a password and a Workspace name, and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Creating an account concludes an agreement for electronic services for an indefinite period.

Users must keep their password secret and are responsible for actions taken on their account. Accounts must not be shared — Workspace roles are there for teamwork.

§5. Workspaces and roles

Every new User gets their own Workspace and becomes its Owner. An Owner can add other people who have a Velunta account and give them a role: Owner, Editor or View only. An added person sees the Workspace data only after accepting the invitation.

The Owner is responsible for the team and the permissions granted. A Workspace must have at least one Owner; the only Owner of a Workspace with other members must hand over the Owner role or delete the Workspace before deleting their account.

Deleting a Workspace permanently deletes all its Content, including attachment files, for all team members.

§6. User Content

Users keep all rights to their Content. They grant the Provider a non-exclusive licence only to the extent needed to store, process and display the Content in order to provide the services.

It is forbidden to enter unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights or containing malware, or to use the Service in a way that disrupts it. Special categories of personal data (e.g. health data) should not be entered unless necessary.

The Provider may block access to unlawful Content after receiving credible notice of its unlawful nature.

§7. Personal data of Workspace clients

For personal data that Users enter into a Workspace (e.g. client data), the Workspace Owner is the controller and the Provider is the processor. The rules are set out in the Data Processing Agreement, which is an integral part of these Terms and is concluded when they are accepted.

Processing of the Users' own data is described in the Privacy Policy.

§8. Free plan and paid plans

Velunta is currently free. The Provider may introduce paid plans or limits in the free plan in the future (e.g. number of team members or attachment storage).

Prices and features of paid plans will be published before they are introduced. Users will not be charged anything without first explicitly choosing a paid plan. Changes to the free plan will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

§9. Availability and liability

The Provider does its best to keep the Service running, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance breaks may occur and will be announced in advance where possible.

We recommend regularly downloading a copy of your data with “Export data”.

Towards Users who are businesses, the Provider's liability is limited to actual damage and excludes lost profits, to the extent permitted by law; this does not apply to damage caused intentionally. This does not limit the rights of consumers or of sole traders protected as consumers.

The Provider is not responsible for Content entered by Users or for the consequences of sharing an account with third parties.

§10. Complaints

Complaints about the Service can be sent to bajecznebalony.krk@gmail.com, describing the problem and giving the account's email address. We will reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

§11. Termination

Users may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting their account (Settings → Account → “Delete account”, see How to delete your account).

The Provider may terminate the agreement with 14 days' notice for important reasons (e.g. the Service is discontinued) or with immediate effect in case of a serious breach of the Terms. Before ending the services for important reasons, we will make data export possible.

§12. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be changed for important reasons (e.g. changes in law, new features, introduction of paid plans). We will announce changes in the app at least 14 days in advance. Users who do not accept the changes may delete their account before they take effect.

§13. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with businesses are resolved by the court competent for the Provider's registered address; consumers may use the court competent under general rules and out-of-court dispute resolution (e.g. a municipal consumer ombudsman).

These Terms are available free of charge in the Service in a form that can be downloaded and saved. The Polish version is binding.
